Customer Support & Sleep Apnoea Screening (GE/FR, 80-100%)

evismo is a Swiss eHealth scale-up.

We offer modern diagnostic services for cardiac arrhythmias, stress and burnout as well as sleep apnoea for general practitioners, specialists and hospitals. To the over 1,000 medical professionals we collaborate with in Switzerland, we offer a high-quality diagnostic service and a personal and solution-oriented customer service. 

We are now looking for team players who will tackle growth with us and joyfully support our team, our customers and patients. 

Your tasks in customer service & sales support (2/3)

• Telephone and written customer support in German and French for non-medical questions (including ECG quality and report checks and training).
• Entering and processing customer orders/purchase orders.
• Professional quality, complaint, and claims management.
• Active support in the sales and distribution process.
• Co-design and organisation of our customer service.

Your tasks in the area of sleep apnoea screening (1/3)

• Creation and evaluation of sleep apnoea screening reports based on polygraphy home measurements including quality control.
• Ensuring a clean documentation according to internal standards and guidelines. 

Our expectation

• Completed training as a specialist in neurophysiological diagnostics (FND)
• Very good knowledge of German and French, both spoken and written. (English is an advantage).
• High IT and technical affinity.
• Reliable, independent working style with high quality standards.
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as organisational talent.
• Professional, empathetic appearance and high communication skills.
• Enjoyment in providing telephone advice and support to patients and clients.
