Your tasks

• Smooth organisation of the office and management of general administrative tasks.
• Assistance to management and the team with various tasks such as correspondence, creating offers, processing orders, electronic and postal shipments, preparation for event participation, HR administration, etc.
• Responsible for reporting, invoicing & support in the processing of accounting.
• Recording and processing customer orders.
• Managing the company website and superuser of the CRM system.
• Support with customer service in German, French and English (by telephone and in writing).
